1. General Agreement
By booking any of our auto detailing services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding between our customers and our business.
2. Services
We provide a wide range of auto detailing services tailored to meet your vehicle’s specific needs. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Exterior and interior cleaning
Paint correction and enhancement
Ceramic coating application
Stain removal and odor elimination
Service descriptions and scopes are subject to change without prior notice. Customized services may be available upon request.
3. Appointments and Bookings
All appointments are scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Additional Fees
All prices are quoted before GST and are subject to applicable taxes.
The final price for services may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. If additional labor, time, or products are required to complete the service to our professional standards, additional charges may apply. These charges will be discussed with you upfront before proceeding.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as communicated at the time of booking.
A deposit may be required for certain services or packages.
6. Liability
We take the utmost care and use high-quality products and methods to ensure the safety and integrity of your vehicle.
However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, defects, or issues with your vehicle.
We are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle during the service.
7. Additional Disclaimer
Vehicles with significant pet hair or heavy soiling require extra care to ensure the best results. As such, an additional fee may apply. Don’t worry—we’ll assess your vehicle beforehand and discuss any additional charges with you upfront to keep everything clear and hassle-free. Please note that all prices exclude GST.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure the vehicle is accessible and available for service at the scheduled time.
Notify us of any specific concerns, requirements, or conditions of the vehicle prior to service.
9. Environmental Practices
We are committed to environmentally responsible practices, minimizing waste and using eco-friendly products wherever possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Red Deer, Alberta.
